Orientation on the Document Tracking System (Phase I)
To provide BFAR 6 with timely and accurate handling, distribution and processing of all incoming and outgoing documents the Regional Fisheries and Management Center (RFIMC) 6 conducted Phase I of Document Tracking System (DTS). In line with the implementation of Republic Act 9485 on the Anti-Red Tape Act (ARTA) of 2007 and to comply with the provisions of the National Archives Act of 2007, the DA-BFAR will install a web-based Document Tracking System that functions in a Local Area Network (LAN). The system aims to monitor and track the movements of the documents and communications received and released by the operating units for the proper recording and routing procedures under the accountability of the Records Office/Custodian.
